Field Manual Data & Checklist Updates: When submitting a correction for our 15-Achievement table or Chapter 2 24-Note audit, please include your current game version (e.g., v1.0.9), platform (PC Steam, SteamOS, Xbox Series X|S, or PS5), and the exact note or achievement API key.
